Article 1 – Company details and agreement to our Terms & Conditions

Article 2 – Products
Considering that most of our products are made by artists, craftsmen (craftswomen), handymen (handywomen), they might differ slightly from the picture shown on the website. However, when there is only one for sale then the picture is of this unique product.
Our products can also show imperfections that are specific to their fabrication, and that will contribute to their originality and uniqueness.
Article 3 – Condition to be able to order
The buyer has to be at least 18 years old in order to be able to raise an order.
Article 4 – Order confirmation
By clicking on the validation button, the buyer confirms his/her order.
He/she will then receive an automatic email receipt from the online shop Exclusif Deco, containing all order details, to confirm that the order has been received. We reserve the right, for whichever reason, mainly due to product availability or payment issue, not to confirm an order.
Article 5 – Availability
The offers proposed on the online shop Exclusif Deco are valid as long as the products stay displayed and while stocks last. If a proposed product is not available anymore, the online shop Exclusif Deco commits to inform the buyer per email as quickly as possible. The online shop Exclusif Deco will at this point propose a comparable product (if exists), or a new delivery date, or the cancellation of the order. If the buyer opts for the cancellation, he will receive within one month the reimbursement of the unavailable product from the online shop Exclusif Deco.
Article 6 – Prices
The prices on the online shop Exclusif Deco are expressed in Euros and include 19% VAT.
They exclude the delivery costs.
The online shop Exclusif Deco reserves the right to change the prices without notice. The products will be priced at the tariff valid at the time the order is made.
The buyer is responsible for checking that it is possible to import those products to his/her country.
An invoice will be prepared and sent by the online shop Exclusif Deco to the buyer at his/her invoicing address.
Article 7 – Payment
The payment of the order is due at order confirmation. The buyer commits to pay the price indicated for the ordered products, including the price of the products and the transport costs.
The different payment possibilities are the following: Credit Card (only Visa or Mastercard), PayPal and Ideal.
Article 8 – Delivery
The products are delivered at the delivery address filled in by the buyer during the order process. In case the delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address filled in by the buyer, the online shop Exclusif Deco can’t be held responsible. In that case, the costs incurred by a new delivery will be fully due by the buyer.
The online shop Exclusif Deco commits to deliver the ordered products as quickly as possible. The average delivery period will be mentioned on the product details, as it is based on the product specificities and the destination country.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) within 2 working days after delivery, in case an item is missing from the delivery, or in case an item arrives broken. Items that have been damaged while in transit will be replaced at no extra cost or reimbursed within 30 days if the product is out of stock.
Article 9 – Returns and Cancellation
The buyer has the right to cancel an order within seven days after reception of the goods. To cancel, please inform us via email (to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) of your wish to return the goods. The online shop Exclusif Deco will then send you an email with a return number that you will need to quote as a reference when you send the goods back. The buyer has then a duty of care to take good care of the goods and to return them at his/her expense to the above mentioned address (see article 1). We advise to check the insurance cover of the transport company in case the goods get damaged during the return process. The online shop Exclusif Deco will then send the buyer an email confirming that the returned goods have arrived. The buyer may then select a replacement or a refund for the returned goods. In the case of a refund, the online shop Exclusif Deco commits to reimburse the buyer the price of the returned product(s) within 30 days.
In case of a damage to the goods while in possession of the buyer and until return to the online shop Exclusif Deco, the buyer will endure all consequences.
Article 10 – Guarantee
The online shop Exclusif Deco checks every product before sending it off. However, if a product was faulty, the online shop Exclusif Deco would replace it or reimburse it. The process to follow to send back a product is described above in the article 9.
Article 11 – Responsibility
The online shop Exclusif Deco can’t be held responsible for non delivery in the case of external strikes and/or transport blocking.
The online shop Exclusif Deco can’t be held responsible for indirect damages that could follow the purchasing of one of our products.
Article 12 – Privacy
By ordering, you give permission to the online shop Exclusif Deco to make use of your personal data in order to ensure a proper processing of your orders . We will use it as well to monitor and improve our service to you, we may send you emails.
We will respect the privacy of your personal data and will not make it available to partners unless you have agreed to it.

Article 13 – Intellectual property
All visual and graphical elements of the online shop Exclusif Deco are the exclusive intellectual property of Exclusif Deco B.V.
